SHIPPING LEAD TIMES

Coconut King works our hardest to pack and ship orders in a timely manner. Typically, orders are fulfilled during the following business day. However, we do not guarantee any specific speed or shipment lead time. Orders for large quantities, including pallet quantities, may require additional shipping time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Coconutking.com provides shipping rate quotes at Checkout for domestic and international orders. Once an order is placed, original shipping charges are final and no adjustments shall be permitted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of Returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We encourage customers to email us at sales@coconutking.com for expert product selection advice if needed for ordering.

SHIPPING CARRIERS & METHODS

We offer Ground shipping for all orders. Coconut King retains the right to select which carrier to ship with for any given order.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

DELIVERY

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third parties. This includes delivery address mistakes, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery details are present at the time of purchasing the goods. We can not take any responsibility for delayed orders to other countries outside the US due to individual custom regulations. Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties. You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Coconut King is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. By ordering you agree to these terms.

As the buyer, you are responsible for any change of address charges by the third party shipping carrier. If a change of address is selected you will be invoiced for the charge from the shipping carrier. Coconut King is not responsible for any additional charged incurred by you, the customer.

Refused shipments will incur full return shipping and carrier charges, which will be billed to the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that carrier issues and delays can occur. We have observed that some carriers may scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still out for delivery and may physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

Please note that Coconut King is not liable for missing packages marked as delivered or orders that have a final scan at the correct address provided for your order. If you believe the package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are still owed if the item is refused. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Refused shipments will incur full return shipping and carrier charges, which will be billed to the customer.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Coconut King. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes on online purchases from the U.S.

Ordering from Canada? Here’s What You Need to Know

All packages shipped from the U.S. to Canada must go through Canadian customs. Depending on the value of your order and the items included, you may be responsible for applicable duties, taxes (GST/HST), and/or handling fees upon delivery.

Orders valued under C$40 may be exempt from duties and taxes.

Orders over these thresholds may incur import fees collected by CBSA or your delivery carrier.

We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, but customs processing times and fees are out of our control. If you need an invoice for customs purposes, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to provide one.

Returns Due to Unpaid Customs Fees

If your order is returned to us because customs fees were not paid or the package was not cleared, we’re happy to either:

Refund your order (minus the original shipping cost), or

Reship your order—please note that new shipping fees will apply.
